Advertisement No. 22/2026 notifies 102 vacancies across HCS (Executive Branch) and other Allied Services.
Candidates must possess BA, BSc, BCom or an equivalent degree from a recognized University by the closing date.
For most posts, the basic age limit is 18 to 42 years as on 1 January 2026. For DSP, it is 18 to 27 years. Applicable category relaxations are provided in the notification.
The examination has three stages: Preliminary Examination, Main Written Examination and Personality Test / Viva-Voce. Preliminary marks are only for screening; final merit uses Main Written and Viva-Voce marks.
Prelims has General Studies 100 marks and Civil Services Aptitude Test 100 marks, each of 2 hours. CSAT requires 33% to qualify and there is 0.25 negative marking.
Final merit is prepared out of 675 marks: 600 marks from the Main Written Examination and 75 marks from Personality Test / Viva-Voce.
