This Privacy Policy explains how ResultNotify handles public job information, accounts, saved jobs, reminders, personal exam tracking, notes, documents and product usage data.
Public job browsing can work with very little personal data. Personal features like saved jobs, reminders, notes and document locker need account-level data only to provide those features.
Saving a job, marking it as applied, setting reminders, writing notes or uploading files are user-controlled actions. These are not required for simply reading public job posts.
Personal notes, reminders, saved states and uploaded documents should remain manageable and deletable from your account wherever the feature is available.
ResultNotify should avoid collecting unnecessary personal data. The table below explains common data categories and why they may be used.

Many pages on ResultNotify show public information such as government job notifications, admit cards, results, answer keys, syllabus, cut-offs, exam tools and official links.
Reading public pages generally does not require you to upload documents or add personal notes.
If you use tracker features, ResultNotify may store your actions such as saved jobs, hidden jobs, applied status, tracked updates, eligibility checks, shares and reminders.
These actions are personal data because they reflect your preferences and application activity.
When you upload files, the file content and metadata may be stored to provide document locker features. This can include sensitive documents such as certificates, admit cards, receipts or ID proofs.
Upload only the documents you choose to store. Do not upload documents that you do not want to keep in your account.
If you turn on reminders or tracking, ResultNotify may send in-app, email or other supported notifications about deadlines, admit cards, exam dates, results or updates.
You should be able to disable optional notifications from your account or notification settings where available.
ResultNotify may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, preferences, security, analytics, performance measurement and advertising support.
Where required, cookie or consent controls should be provided so users can manage optional tracking choices.
ResultNotify may store uploaded files and related metadata using cloud storage and database systems. Files may use primary storage and archival storage as part of the product’s storage design.
Access to stored files should be restricted to the account owner and authorized backend systems.
Delete notes, reminders, saved states and uploaded documents where the feature is available.
Correct or update account details and personal settings from your account controls.
Turn optional reminders or update tracking on or off when supported.
Use secure login methods and avoid storing passwords or OTPs in notes.
ResultNotify should use access controls, authentication, logging, secure storage practices and restricted internal access to protect user data. However, internet-based services can never be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
Private account data and uploaded files should be accessible only through authorized systems.
Security and system logs may be kept for reliability, debugging and compliance needs.
If a reportable security incident occurs, ResultNotify should follow applicable incident response and reporting obligations.
Public content may remain available as part of ResultNotify’s public archive, including historical jobs, results or exam records.
Personal data such as saved jobs, reminders, notes and uploaded files should be retained while your account uses those features, unless deletion is requested or retention is required for legal, security or operational reasons.
Security logs may be retained for a defined operational period to support abuse prevention, debugging and incident response.
ResultNotify is designed for students and job aspirants. Users should upload documents only when they understand what they are storing and why.
If a parent, guardian or user believes data was added incorrectly, they should contact support for review or deletion where applicable.

Include enough detail to identify the account or issue, but do not send passwords or OTPs.
We may update this Privacy Policy as ResultNotify adds features or improves its security and privacy practices. When we make meaningful changes, we should update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide notice inside the product.
