Salary / Stipend
During the two-year probation period, fixed remuneration is ₹23,700 per month. After successful completion of probation, the post carries Pay Matrix Level L-10, ₹33,800–1,06,700 plus admissible allowances.

Candidates must have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) in Arts, Science or Commerce from the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or an examination recognised as equivalent.
Candidates must also possess good working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani dialects.
In addition to Senior Secondary, the candidate must possess one of the prescribed computer qualifications.

The Computer Test is compulsory for all candidates and contains a Speed Test and an Efficiency Test.

The interview is qualifying in nature and carries no marks. Final merit is prepared from the aggregate marks obtained in the relevant Shorthand Test and the Computer Speed and Efficiency Tests.
In a tie, the candidate obtaining higher marks in the Shorthand Test receives preference. If the tie still remains, the older candidate receives preference as prescribed.
Selected candidates are initially appointed as Probationer Trainees for two years. During probation, they receive fixed remuneration of ₹23,700 per month.
