Officially verified upload configuration for Railway RRB Technician CEN 02/2026. The application captures a live photograph and does not accept a pre-existing photo. The mandatory scanned upload is the candidate signature. An SC/ST certificate is uploaded only by an SC/ST candidate requesting the free railway travel pass. Annexure VII is uploaded only when live-photo validation or matching fails and the portal requests the Gazetted Officer-certified identity proof. Matriculation, ITI, apprenticeship, diploma, degree, OBC-NCL, EWS, PwBD, Ex-Serviceman, Aadhaar and other eligibility documents are not uploaded during the normal online application; their details are entered in the form and originals are produced later during document verification. Four common PDF helper presets are appended.

Prepare the candidate's scanned running-hand signature in black ink on white paper. Use JPG/JPEG, 30KB to 49KB, minimum 140 x 60 pixels, minimum 100 DPI, and center the image within a 35mm x 20mm scan box.

Convert clear images of an applicable SC/ST certificate or Annexure VII into one ordered PDF when the corresponding RRB upload field requires PDF.
Convert a permitted digitally prepared declaration or supporting document into PDF only when the live RRB field accepts such a document.
Merge pages only when a single RRB upload field requires one multi-page PDF.
Increase a PDF's file size only when the live RRB upload field specifies a minimum size and the valid document is below that minimum.
