Keep Aadhaar ready to complete mandatory e-KYC on the Apprenticeship India portal before submitting the IGCAR application. The Aadhaar image/PDF is not listed as a separate upload in the IGCAR application.
Prepare the NCVT or SCVT ITI Trade Certificate for the selected trade and include it in the mandatory single Education and ITI Documents PDF uploaded in the form.
Prepare the applicable 8th or 10th marksheet used for qualification details and include it in the mandatory single Education and ITI Documents PDF uploaded in the form.
Prepare all semester-wise or year-wise ITI marksheets and include them in the mandatory single Education and ITI Documents PDF uploaded in the form.
Prepare the consolidated ITI marksheet and include it in the mandatory single Education and ITI Documents PDF uploaded in the form.
Create the single PDF actually uploaded in the IGCAR form by combining the applicable 8th/10th marksheet, ITI Trade Certificate, all semester/year marksheets and consolidated marksheet.
pload the prescribed Central Government-format caste certificate PDF only when claiming SC, ST or OBC-NCL reservation.
Upload a valid Income and Asset Certificate PDF only when claiming EWS reservation.
Upload the disability certificate PDF only when claiming PwBD status; the notification requires benchmark disability of 40 percent or more.
Keep the Apprenticeship India enrollment confirmation and unique registration number ready. The registration number is mandatory for the IGCAR online application, although the confirmation PDF is not listed as a separate IGCAR application upload.
